I think i will tell you what helps me get through the days, besides going to church to worship the lord on Sundays, i love, when i say love i mean i love to train. To be under weight, or running a 5k, or practicing jiu jitsu. It all helps me to relieve that stress from the days transgressions. To just sweat and sometimes bleed, you just cant beat that, nothing else for me takes the edge off more.
