Pull-ups

These are in my opinion the best exercise that you can do, it is relatively free, and it has so many variations such as:
pull up on a poll in a l shape, hand over hand up and down, wide grip, close grip, medium grip, underhand grip, 1 handed ( for the advanced) muscle ups, etc.. the list goes on and on. The great thing about them is that you can do all of the aforementioned for free at your local park, or playground. This exercise alone will build super strength in the arms, back, and abs. so, if you are not doing these then get your butt out and do them!
If you are not doing them, why not ? what is preventing you from doing them? I want to hear about it! If you are doing them, what do you like about pull-ups? what dont you like?

Determination, 99 Stairs Style:

Now that is determination, bear crawls up and down 99 stairs in 30 degree weather, This was a conditioning day for the Athlete ! His workout consisted of:
1) Bear Crawls
2) Sprints up the stairs, and jog down
3) Sprints up the slab next to the stairs
4) Rock presses ( we found the rocks around the dam)
I was lucky, i only had to bark out orders, and take pictures. but my day for the stairs comes tomorrow! I cannot get out of it that easy!

The park workout, its getting hot in here!

This is the park workout, he did some fun stuff for Real World Strength. His workout included, park bench shoulder presses, sandbag ( yes i said sandbag) power cleans, and some intense sled work. At this point in the picture he is just not liking me, muuhhhaaa.
Now, this is what is going on with me. Right now i am trying to find a steady client base that i can take to new levels, athletes that i can help to sky rocket their success. Is that going to be you, or the person that you go up against? I surely hope its you, because you will destroy the competition if you train with me at my place!

day 1, back from the underground strength cert

Whaaaaaattttttt uuuuuupppp,
just got home from the Underground Strength Coach Certification, and it rocked. I learned so much stuff, from different angles. As, you can see in the pic, i am rocking it out on this kid !!! as dr. evil says: muhhhhaaaaa mmuuhhaa. will post video footage of this workout soon. The next victim, is my wife, she hates working out, so i have to keep her attention, with quick workouts.
should be fun. In the Mean time, muuhhaaaa, oh yeah dont forget about the pinkie finger!
