This battling of the tires is frickin awesome, it works you all over, and it teaches the body about obsorbing a load, and then dishing the load back out, this is really good for combat athletes, as well as wrestlers, and football players. You can switch position like you see in the video, or you can just stay in 1 place, and push back, and forth.
The chump that is with me is Terrell Campbell, The Body Architech. Being serious though, the dude is like 140 pounds with 50 lbs of weights in his shoes, but he can do anything, i have seen him squat 350 lbs to below parallel, for 20 reps, now that is strong. I hope you all like the vid,
