This young man will soon be the starting running back at Ohio Dominican University !! He is a beast, I ran him through a pretty nice full body workout, and the young man just kept coming for more !! He has that eye of the tiger ! His workout looked like this:
1) power clean and press 5x5
2a) bent over row 4x6-8
2b) db chest press 4x5-6
3) db rack position squats 3x5
4) sled drag and pulls.
The second video is my training partner who weighs 160 lbs squatting 320 lbs, yes that is 2 times his body weight!! But the guy is a freak of nature, his website is http://www.batl.com/.
Do you see the look in his eyes, he dont want to stop at all !! Thats Heart !
