The tractor tire is my favorite tool to build hardcore strength, and endurance, the tire flip tranlates to really any sport, from mma, football, wrestling, to even basketball. The tire flip is a full body movement that teachs you to use your body in synchronicity. If your Athletic team does not have one then you need to get over to my gym, and train with me, because this alone will help you get past the rest of the competition! enjoy the video !!
