Pull-ups


These are in my opinion the best exercise that you can do, it is relatively free, and it has so many variations such as:
pull up on a poll in a l shape, hand over hand up and down, wide grip, close grip, medium grip, underhand grip, 1 handed ( for the advanced) muscle ups, etc.. the list goes on and on. The great thing about them is that you can do all of the aforementioned for free at your local park, or playground. This exercise alone will build super strength in the arms, back, and abs. so, if you are not doing these then get your butt out and do them!
If you are not doing them, why not ? what is preventing you from doing them? I want to hear about it! If you are doing them, what do you like about pull-ups? what dont you like?

Good stuff, parks and playgrounds and great places to get some old school training in. You gotta love the PULL-UPS!!!
