
Now that is determination, bear crawls up and down 99 stairs in 30 degree weather, This was a conditioning day for the Athlete ! His workout consisted of:
1) Bear Crawls
2) Sprints up the stairs, and jog down
3) Sprints up the slab next to the stairs
4) Rock presses ( we found the rocks around the dam)
I was lucky, i only had to bark out orders, and take pictures. but my day for the stairs comes tomorrow! I cannot get out of it that easy!
P.S What drives you to succeed ? What keeps you up at night ?

well workin for my future drives me to succeed. the work i put in now will do wonders for my future. i believe it that you get what you put in. and the work i put in this workout is good work. im doing things that i never would have thought i could do physically. these workouts will get me ready for the next level.
